Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or other media

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by TrendTera

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there can be processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. TrendTera cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
